Getting to know you

Gaining an insight into the interests, expectations and needs of you and your child is an important part of building relationships between families and educators.

Please answer the questions in the Getting to know you form about your child so the educators can begin to get to know your child and to better plan for their individual interests and needs.

At your first orientation session, please remember to bring:

  • your completed Getting to know you form
  • 1 individual photo of your child
  • 1 family photo (any size)
  • My Health, Learning and Development Record (green book)

Orientation Schedules

We are looking forward to your child commencing kindergarten with us.

Please refer to your child’s kindergarten schedule below to determine the date and time your child needs to attend orientation.

A parent/guardian must remain with the child for duration of the 1st orientation session only. At the 2nd and 3rd orientation sessions parent/guardian may drop off/pick up their child.

Your educator will allocate your child on your first orientation day into session A or B for your 2nd and 3rd orientation sessions.  Families generally are given their preferred session grouping.
