The Carnegie Toy Library recently applied to the Glen Eira City Council for a grant, to be able to provide families and children experiencing vulnerability in the local community, with a complimentary membership to the toy library – and were successful!
We believe that the learning that occurs at home is so critical in supporting children to develop strong foundations for future success, so were thrilled when Gemma from the Carnegie Toy Library reached out to us at Glen Education to partner with them, to help families in this way. Together, we have been able to offer 15 Glen Education families the free 12-month membership!
Thank you to the Carnegie Toy Library and to the Glen Eira Council, on behalf of these families, for the opportunity to provide children with greater access to resources, that can be used with children to facilitate rich learning experiences at home.
